1.冷水下锅放入姜片+料酒,加入花甲。

2.大火煮滚,花甲开口即可。

3.用冷水冲洗干净。

5.姜末+蒜末+辣椒碎+白芝麻+葱花。

6.淋入滚油,冷却后加入香醋、生抽、老抽、蚝油、蒸鱼豉油,搅拌均匀,如果觉得料汁少了,可以适量添加白开水搅拌均匀。
